From South Suburbs/Northern Indiana: Take 80-94 East to Chicago to North
Lakeshore Drive (41N) and exit at Lawrence Ave. Turn right on Ashland St. and
turn left on Winnemac Ave go straight to 1912 W Winnemac Ave.

From North Suburbs: Take 94 South to Chicago. Turn left on Lawrence to Damen
Ave. Turn left on Damen Ave. Turn right on Winnemac Ave. Go straight to 1912
W Winnemac Ave.

From Northwest Suburbs: Take 90 East to Chicago and exit on Lawrence Ave.
Turn left on Lawrence Ave to Damen Ave. Turn left on Damen Ave and turn right
on Winnemac Ave.

From West Suburbs: Take 290 East to Chicago to 90-94 West exit. Take 90-94
West to Lawrence Ave. Turn right onto Lawrence Ave. Turn left at Damen Ave.

Classes are available at the Home Studio location:

During the evening from Monday - Thursday from 6:30-9:45pm, Saturday from
11am-5pm, and Sunday from 12:15-6:15pm. There are no classes held on Fridays.

****PLEASE NOTE: There are pets present at my Home Studio. If you are
allergic to cats, please take proper medication before coming. Cats are very
friendly and will be put in another room if you are uncomfortable.

****PLEASE NOTE: There is a weight limit of 225lbs for the poles.
You MUST be at least 19 years old to take classes

Private Group Lessons are available at the Home Studio only:

Saturday's from 12pm-7pm (upon availability on a limited basis)
