9. What levels of class are offered and how do I know which one to take?
Currently the Beginner Level I and 2 classes are being offered. These classes are for anyone that has had no experience or a limited background in pole dance. The
class is a progressive class and it is normal to take the beginner levels more than once. It is important to feel comfortable with the moves that you have learned, so
you will be ready for more advanced moves and tricks. Everyone should work at their own level to ensure that they are not injured. It’s important to not get
discouraged and do what is most comfortable for you.
10. When I am ready to move on to the next level will there be more advanced classes offered?
Progressive levels will be taught once students are ready. It is recommended to take the beginner level first and then assess the level you should be at. Each level
will build on previous classes so that you build the strength to move on to more advanced moves. Approval from the instructor will be needed to move on to the next
level.
11. What will be taught in the intermediate and advanced levels?
The Intermediate to Advanced classes will review the moves, tricks and poses you learned in the beginning levels and expand to inverted poses, static poses, and
more advanced spins and combinations. This class is offered every week on Tuesdays at 8:15-9:45pm. You can come for one class or as many as you like. This
class is a limited to 3-4 people, so that more personal instruction can be given to students and more time on the pole . The Intermediate to Advanced classes are $40

Classes are for ladies only. Sorry guys you will have to wait until they get home for them to practice their new moves.
14. What time should I arrive for class?
You should try to arrive 15 minutes prior to class so that class can start on time. We have a lot to cover in class.
15. What do I wear to class?
You should wear what you are most comfortable with. Yoga pants and a T-shirt are fine. You should also bring a pair of comfortable shorts to class for some of the
pole tricks. If you are really brave then you can bring a pair of sturdy high heels. I prefer to learn new moves barefoot. It helps you grip the pole.
Please REMEMBER do not put on any OILS OR LOTIONS before class. Your body needs to be clean so that you can stick to the pole and
not slide off. Please wash your hands before class with anti-bacteria soap with no moisturizers. Also, NO jewelry, watches or belts as
these items may cause pinching and will scratch the poles. You will be asked to remove jewelry items before being allowed to take class.
16. Do you do private group parties?
Yes. Private group parties are offered at my home studio or another location where I bring the pole to you. If you would like to come to my home studio, there is a flat
fee of $210 for 3-6 people for a one hour lesson (an additional fee of $35 per person more than 6 people will apply). If I bring the pole to you for a home party, it takes
about 20 minutes to set up the pole and then the lesson lasts about 1 - 1 1/2 hours depending on the size of the group. I teach a simple routine on the pole including
dance moves and a few spins on the pole. The party is a flat fee of $350 for 3-10 women (an additional fee of $40 per person more than 10 people will apply). It's a
great way to celebrate a bachelorette party, birthday or just a girls night. There is a $105 non-refundable deposit to hold the day and time for a home party or for a
studio party at my home studio. It's good to book ahead.
Have the ultimate party which included Passions by Darcy. Learn about fun products and toys that can be purchased that day. Book a Passion party with a pole party
for a $75 deposit which is good towards purchases the day of the party.
17. Do you offer Private or Semi-Private Lessons?
Yes. Private pole dance lessons are available. A private session is 1 hour for $75, package of 2 sessions for $125 or a package of 4 sessions for $240. Semi-private
classes are also available if you want to bring a friend. Private lessons progress at your own level. You will build upon your skills and learn more advanced moves as
you go. You decide what you would like to work on.
18. What if I need to cancel from attending a 4 week Beginner Class?
If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the first day of class, then a refund will be granted for the amount paid less the deposit. If a cancellation is made 14 days or
less, then NO REFUND will be issued. NO REFUNDS will be granted after one month for any one day classes or 4 week session from the deposit date. You can use the
$50 deposit toward a future 4 week class or 2 one day classes. Sorry, ladies but there is no exceptions since your spot was being held for class.
19. What if I miss a one day class that I signed up for online?
If you are not able to attend a one day class or workshop and you paid for it online prior to class, you can sign up for another one day class or workshop at another
